How long will it take to receive my order?
We are dedicated to making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally the Expedited Shipping delivery time is 4-8 business days and the Standard Shipping delivery time is 8-17 business days from the date that it is placed. (More shipping policy please refer to  Shipping Policy.)

Why didn't I receive the order confirmation email
After you place an order and pay successfully, we will send an order confirmation email to you. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder first. If still not, please contact us.

Why didn't I receive the proof?
After we received your order, usually we will send a proof to you with 24hours. Occasionally, due to a lot of orders, there will be some delays. If you haven't receive the proof more than 3 business days, please check your spam folder first. If still not, please contact us.

How does my order ship?
We ship the orders via FedEx Express, DHL Express, Yun Express, USPS, Lasership and so on.

What size memorial stones do you offer?
We offer multiple sizes, include 6"x6", 12"x6", 11"x8.5", 12"x12", 16"x12" and 12" Round.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.

What if my order gets damaged, defective, incorrect?
If you receive the damaged, defective, incorrect items, we will replace a new or correct item to you for free. We must be notified within 30 days of any damaged, defective, incorrect via email.

How do I send a picture for orders requiring one?
You can upload the picture online when you place the order. Compatible file extensions to upload: png, jpg, jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp, or, wmf.
If you cann't upload the pictue, you can place an order without upload picture, and email the picture to us ( after purchase.

How can I place my order?
You can place your order on our website or email the order require information to us and we will send an invoice to you.

What is your return policy?
If due to our mistakes, we will replace a new item to you for free.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Please contact our Customer service at to get the return address. (More return policy please refer to Refund Policy.)

What is your cancellation policy?
Non-customized products can be canceled or replaced when they are not shipped, without any charge.
For personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content, you will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee if the product is already in production. (This means that we only refund 70% of the product price.)
